Goa .....
Beautiful !....extremely peaceful .....and yea luckily my very own homeland ! :)
Goa seems like air and water to me ....he he ;) coz i dont think i can survive without Goa.What is it that makes Goa so cool and a wanna be destination in everyones wishlist ?..guess u need to come here and find for urself. It only seems like a small dot on the world map ..but hey its one of the world destinations ....besides kerala in India ...m proud of my GOA!!
The beaches, scenic locations, pleasant atmosphere ..and yea the Goenkars are the ones who make this place a rocking one :) Watching the sunset every evening on the beach is so relaxing ...u'd never ask for a better way to spend time..especially when uve been working like hell thru out the week ...its simply very relaxing to just sit on the beach and hear the waves and see the sun go down....hmmm lovely ! Something words cant describe !
The places id like to mention in Goa ...are the road from vasco to panjim, u get to see the amazing river side a complete stretch till the Zuaru bridge ....its so beautiful a great treat for ur eyes. Panjim the capital city has its own charm that adds to the beauty of Goa. The miramar road ...wud be a common favourite among all Goans ...with its lovely breeze that never fails to make an impression in ur mind and heart . Dona Paula...very rich in beauty ,, this place has a romanticism in it with the story of Dona and paula who fell in love wid each other and had an immortal story behind ...evenings spent at this place are completely unforgettable u wud sure fal in love with it . Streets of panjim with its timeless Protugese architecture is indeed very intersritn to explore.
Fort Aguada ..is another very beautiful place u shudnt miss if u come here . Vagator ,Anjuna Colva are the most famous beaches in Goa...u dare not miss these either ! ;)
Fortunately Goa has never seen extremely violent riots and religious fights of the kind that happen in other states ...the reason being the very own peaople of Goa ...completely soft hearted they never allow things to get worse here ! Hats off to the selfless nature of Goans that keeps this place intact in peace.
Well hoping that Goa remains the way it is .....i declare that i m proud being a goenkar !!! :)
